Figure 3-3 Spindle Sync Option When a jumper is placed on pins 7 and 8 of P14, the spindle synchronization signal of drive 1 is connected to the spindle synchronization signal of drive 2. Note that further SCSI commands to the drives are needed to make the spindle synchronization option active.
